GS 2019 Article 12 – ERQ – Fraternal Delegate Address The Rev. Feenstra introduced the Rev. Ben Westerveld, credentialed delegate of the Reformed Church in Quebec (ERQ). The Rev. Westerveld addressed synod describing the ERQ and its ministries and expressed gratitude for our sister church relationship. The full text of his address can be found in Appendix 3.
