GS 2019 Article 16 – Reopening Synod reopened in plenary session. The chairman noted all synod members were present. He read Psalm 119:1-8, spoke some words, led in prayer, and had those present sing Psalm 119:1,2,3. Some housekeeping matters were dealt with. A newly arrived fraternal observer was welcomed.
