GS 2019 Article 13 – FCC – Fraternal Delegate Address

Elder Schouten introduced Elder Dr. James Wanliss, credentialed delegate of the Free Church of Scotland (Continuing) (FCC). Elder Wanliss addressed synod describing the FCC, its worship and outreach efforts, its history and distinctives, and expressed gratitude for our unity in faith.
