    GS 1995 ARTICLE 65 – Reopening Synod is reopened. The chairman requests Synod to sing Psalm 12 : 1 – 5. He reads from Scripture Ephesians 4 : 1 – 16. In prayer a blessing is asked over the work of Synod. Roll call is held and shows that all members of Synod are present.
