GS 2022 Article 86 – Reopening Synod reopened in plenary session. The chairman observed all synod members were present. He welcomed everyone, including fraternal delegates and observers. He had those present sing Psalm 93:1,4, read Philippians 3:1-11, and led in opening prayer.
