    GS 2016 Article 19 – Reopening Synod reopened in plenary session. The chairman noted all synod members were present. He read Acts 1:1-5, spoke some words, led in prayer and had those present sing Psalm 68:2,7. Some housekeeping matters were dealt with. Newly arrived fraternal delegates and a fraternal observer were welcomed.
