GS 1992 ARTICLE 13 – Reopening The chairman opens the meeting by reading Job 9: 1-12 and asks that Psalm 29: 1 and 3 be sung. He leads in prayer. Roll call shows that all are present. Rev. G.I. Williamson is welcomed as fraternal delegate (alternate) from the OPC.
