GS 2022 Article 21 – Reopening

Synod reopened in plenary session. The chairman observed all synod members were present. He welcomed everyone, including fraternal delegates and observers. He had those present sing Psalm 116:9,10, read Philippians 1:1-11 and led in opening prayer.
