    GS 1965 ARTICLE 34: Advisory Committee meetings. The Advisory Committees shall meet until 4.30 p.m., at which time the Synod shall meet in plenary session. It is announced that Rev. F. Kouwenhoven has been added to Advisory Committee IV.

    GS 1965 ARTICLE 33: Expanding Advisory Committee IV. Rev. Scholten proposes to expand Advisory Committee IV so that this committee can receive some help. It is decided that this committee will first discuss this question among itself.
