GS 2007 Article 26 – Reopening The meeting was reopened in plenary session. The chairman requested everyone to sing Psalm 98:1 and 4. All members were present. He welcomed Rev. Bruce Hoyt as observer from the Reformed Churches of New Zealand.

Article 25 – Adjournment Synod adjourned for committee work.

GS 2007 Article 24 – Appeal of Calgary re Art. 111 of Synod Chatham The advisory committee presented its proposal. After a preliminary round of discussion the committee took back the proposal for further consideration.

GS 2007 Article 22 – Adoption of the Acts — Day 2 The proceedings of Day 2, as recorded in Articles 13-20, were reviewed and adopted as part of the Acts of Synod.

GS 2007 Article 21 – Opening Devotions and Rollcall The chairman called the meeting to order. He read Genesis 1:1-3, Revelation 21:1-4 and Rev. 21:22 – 22:7. GS 2007 Article 20 – Closing Devotions and Adjournment Brother Heyink led in closing devotions based on Psalm 129. After we sang Psalm 66:1 and 2 the meeting was closed with prayer in which were also remembered the unity talks with the URCNA. The chairman adjourned the meeting.
