GS 2004 Article 3 – Election of Officers and Constitution of Synod

The following officers were elected to serve Synod:

• Chairman – Rev. C. Van Spronsen
• Vice-Chairman – Rev. J. De Gelder
• First Clerk – Rev. J. Van Vliet

Second Clerk – Rev. D. Agema Then, on behalf of the convening church, Rev. H. Versteeg declared Synod constituted.  The elected officers took their places.  The chairman thanked the convening church for all its work they did in preparing for Synod.  He also expressed the hope that the delegates will be able to work together in good harmony.  Synod adjourned in order to give the moderamen time to make some arrangements for the proceedings of Synod.
