GS 1995 ARTICLE 7 – Reopening
The chairman calls the meeting to order and requests that Psalm 1 : 1 – 3, be sung. He reads Ephesians 1 : 1 – 14 and leads in prayer. Roll call shows that all members of Synod are present.
