GS 1995 ARTICLE 14 – Reopening
The chairman asks that Psalm 2 : 1 and 3 be sung. He reads Ephesians 1 : 15 – 23 and in prayer a blessing is asked over the meeting. Roll call is held, and shows that all members of Synod are present.
