GS 1992 ARTICLE 33 – Reopening

The chairman opens the evening session by asking that Psalm 46: 1 and 2 be sung. Roll call indicates that all are present. The chairman extends a special welcome to Rev. S. Phillips, fraternal delegate of the OPC, and to Rev. F. Walker, observer from the RCUS. He expresses the hope that these brothers will have a fruitful visit.
