GS 1989 ARTICLE 92 – Reopening

The chairman requests the assembly to sing Psalm 106:1, he reads Matthew 7:1-12 and leads in prayer. He expresses a word of welcome to the delegates and guests.

The roll call shows that all delegates are present.
