GS 1980 ARTICLE 16 – Theological College –  Appointments

Synod meets in closed session, after which the following information is published:

Synod decide:

  • To invite the Principal and the Chairman of the Board of Trustees for a possi­ble discussion with Rev. C. VanDam regarding certain aspects of his appointment.

DEFEATED

The following motion, duly seconded, is discussed:

Synod decide:

  • 1. to inform the Faculty, the Board of Governors and the Trustees of the Theological College of these appointments;
  • 2. to request the Board of Trustees to advise Synod concerning any changes in the proposed budget as a result of these appointments, in order that Synod can consider such changes.
