GS 1971 ARTICLE 64 – Theological College-Constitution-Mr. Oosterhoff
Mr. Oosterhoff receives the privilege of the floor to answer questions raised with regard to the draft Constitution and Bylaws of the Theological College and the possibility of incorporation of the College.
Synod decides to adjourn to give the Board of Governors the opportunity to meet in order to prepare an ad vice regarding these matters for Synod.
