GS 1968 ARTICLE 39

The following decisions are made re a communication of Rev. C. de Haan, Win­nipeg. Man. dated November 5th, 1968 (11,4):

• a. Synod does not have the right to deal with the substance of the letter of Mr. C. de Haan at Winnipeg, Man., because it is not a request for revision of the decision of Synod Edmonton 1965, but a terrible accusation without any proof, which Synod can only reject with utter indignation.
• b. Mr. C. de Haan shall be informed of this decision.
