GS 1968 ARTICLE 29

Synod decides, at the request of the consistory of the Church at Chatham, Ont., (III,24) to rescind the decision of the General Synod Edmonton 1965, Art. 142, re Address Death Penalty.

Ground:

When Synod 1965 decided that on the ground of Art. 30 C.O. it was not allowed to act upon the request of the Rev. G. VanDooren, the burden of proof rested upon Synod.

The Rev. G. VanDooren will be informed of this decision.
