Upon recommendation of Committee II on the Training for the Ministry, Synod decides to authorize the Board of Governors

• a. to fill vacancies in the Committee of Administration during the period between two General Synods;
• b. to make temporary arrangements for the continuation of the instruction at the College whenever need arises.
