GS 2004 Article 81 – Standing Committee for the Publication of the Book of Praise Committee 4 presented its proposal on the report of the Standing Committee for the Publication of the Book of Praise (SCBP).  After several rounds of discussion, the committee took back its proposal for further consideration.

GS 2004 Article 80 – Reopening The chairman reopened Synod in plenary session, asking everyone present to sing Psalm 98:1,4.  The roll was called and all were present.
