Further discussion on the Training for the Ministry results in the following decision:

Synod decides to inform the Governors for the Training for the Ministry about its decision to appoint professors (Article 78), and to request the Governors to meet as soon as possible, and serve Synod with advice concerning:

• a. the number of professors to be appointed, two or three;
• b. whom to appoint as professors;
• c. the disciplines to be taught by these professors;
• d. how the remaining disciplines are to be divided among lecturers;
• e. whom to appoint as lecturers;
• f. where the Theological College is to be located;
• g. the appointment of a Financial Committee of five to serve under the auspices of the Board of Governors and to advise the Board in all non-academic matters pertaining to the establishment and operation of the College.
